Beach

 On Christmas Eve, we went to the beach. I really love San Diego for this. It was 70 degrees outside. I am envious, because as I type this outside is 15 degrees because of a wind chill. It was great! The Peaceful Hero decided that he liked the sand--but he wasn't so sure at the start.

We had a lovely picnic at the beach before we started to play. Lovely up until the seagull ate a sandwich right out of the Bug Hero's hand.

 So we chased the seagulls.

 We went out and touched the ocean, and we had to carry both boys out of the water. They loved it, even though the water was cold. PH chased the water down if the waves didn't touch his feet after ten seconds.

We love the beach!
